Please do not force the cover on, if it doesn't fit maybe the wrong item has been ordered, please check with us first and send photos. Please also measure your bell if unsure and let us know if any issues if the cover is too tight - Never force the cover on if too tight. Some 2nd Generation with Chime bells are the size of a model 3!

(If there are two screws on the underside of your bell it should be a Model 2, if one screw it is not! - Look at Model 3/3+/4)
